Grekko Fruta SA owns and operates one of the largest olive treatment and packaging facilities in Northern Greece, conveniently located on the crossroads of the main olive producing regions, such as Halkidiki, Livanates and Kavala. The factory on 50,000 square meters is equipped with tanks for curing some 3000 tones of fresh olives, and the state-of-the-art packaging machinery for tins and jars. Currently, the company is in process of installing lines for packaging olives in pouches and plastic trays, turning the factory into a universal olive packing facility satisfying the highest standards of production.
